Location of the University

The main campus  is located at  Gazipur, 32 KM north of the capital city Dhaka.

The main campus of the University is located at a picturesque site of Gazipur, 32 kilometers north of Dhaka. It covers an area of thirty five acres of land. On this sprawling campus, in the vicinity of villages, stand in serene silence the office buildings of the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Treasurers, six schools, different administrative Divisions, the Central Library, the Media Centre and the  residences of the  VC, Pro-VCs, Treasurer  teachers, officers and staffs.

In addition the Open University has 12  Regional Resource Centers (RRC), 80 Coordinating Office (CO) and 1000 Tutorial Centers (TC) all over the country.

Students Support Service Division

Mr. Md. Shafiqul Alam is the Director of Student Support Service department and he is the head of both East and West zone. This division is divided into two deferent zones such as East and West headed by two directors to co-ordinate admission and registration of students and to distribute study materials through its 12 Regional Resource Centers (RRC), 80 Coordinating Offices (CO) and about 1000 Tutorial Centers (TC). The Division also deal with the appointment of co-coordinators and tutors of different programs
