Location of the University

The main campus  is located at  Gazipur, 32 KM north of the capital city Dhaka.

The main campus of the University is located at a picturesque site of Gazipur, 32 kilometers north of Dhaka. It covers an area of thirty five acres of land. On this sprawling campus, in the vicinity of villages, stand in serene silence the office buildings of the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Treasurers, six schools, different administrative Divisions, the Central Library, the Media Centre and the  residences of the  VC, Pro-VCs, Treasurer  teachers, officers and staffs.

In addition the Open University has 12  Regional Resource Centers (RRC), 80 Coordinating Office (CO) and 1106 Study Centers (TC) all over the country.
